COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION
After I have received your inquiry, I will schedule a 15-30 minute call at your convenience. This conversation will provide me with insights into you and your travel plans, as well as an opportunity to address any inquiries you might have. During this discussion I will provide you information in regards to my fee structure and more.

CLIENT AGREEMENT FORM & PROPOSAL CREATION
After signing my client agreement form I will create a personalized itinerary tailored to the details we've discussed. In this itinerary you should expect flight, accommodation, excursion, and transportation suggestions. I am able to plan as much or as little as you want for your special trip! Once you sign the client agreement form, the invoice for my planning & booking fee will also be sent out.

CONFIRMATION & NEXT STEPS
Once all bookings are complete, you will obtain your travel documents, which will encompass a comprehensive itinerary containing all of the necessary information, tickets, times, and daily schedule. If there are any additional fees for your trip the invoice for this will be sent out during this step.
Hotel Fee
My affiliations and relationships with hoteliers allow me to offer value-added amenities and VIP experiences to your stays. If the property is part of one of the preferred partners Fora is associated with, you will enjoy amenities such as upgrades (if available), spa or food and beverage credits, breakfast daily, VIP status and more.
Hotel Booking Fee:

In some cases, smaller boutique hotels do not pay commission, I will charge a booking fee equal to 15% of the total net room rate.

Travel Planning
& Booking Fee:
The process of researching and designing a customized, tailored proposal that matches your travel style and preferences requires great attention to detail that takes time. The planning fee covers time spent researching, developing, and revising a proposal, booking and managing all components, and support while traveling.

A non-refundable deposit of $200 will be charged once you decide to become a client which covers the initial research and proposed itinerary. Upon completion and delivery of the proposal the initial fee will be due, based on hours spent building the proposal, will be charged. Fees are non-refundable.

Clients are welcome to book flights and/or rail independently, in which case a fee is not charged.
